Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of customer order, customer may return any of the unopened “Natural Sea Beauty” products in its new condition, with its original packaging for a full refund:
Returning the product may take up to 2 weeks from date of return by the customer.
Customer may cancel unshipped items.
The customer shall indicate the reason for the return, include the packing slip with its return, and wrap the package securely. If the customer wishes to return a product to Merchants Global they may do so according to the following instructions; in order to avoid customs delays or tax tolls on the sender:
- Please send via air mail only. Not express or courier service.
- Please declare that it is a returned package.
- Please do not declare a value.
Must indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Refund Policy:
We will not issue a refund for merchandise that is returned more than 30 days after shipment, unless special arrangements have been made with our customer service department.
We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges unless we shipped you the wrong item, or the merchandise was damaged when you received it from us.
We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't been delivered.
After the order is made, an order confirmation is e-mailed to the customer.
Once that message is sent until the order is shipped the products pass through a shipment preparation process.
The process takes from 1 to 5 business days.
When the package is sent to the client a package delivery message is e-mailed.
Customer may cancel an order up until the time the customer receive that message, beyond that time, no cancellations will be accepted.
